Help from the UK

Hi folks, I apologize for sending an off-topic message, but this is my only
connection to anyone in the UK.  I will try not to let it happen again!!  
Recently I purchased a 1952 Rover 4 door sedan, and am in the process of
rebuilding it.  The front fenders have rust in the lower portions, and need
repaired.  Can anyone give me an address of someone in the UK or elsewhere
that might sell replacement sheetmetal parts or patch panels for a Rover
