Re: Paris Dakar takes to the air....



This is a bit off topic but does anyone know what is meant by liason and 
special portions of the stages in the dakar?  I have been watching it on 
Speedvision, and they talk about how long the liason and special portions 
are but I have missed the explanation of terms.
