You wouldn't happen to be dealing with Cycle Sport in Herdon, by chance?
I picked up my blue ST from there on Saturday after having the heated
handgrips installed. While chatting with the service guy he mentioned
that someone was considering trading-in their GPZ for an ST, in part
because of the heated grips!

That's about what I paid for my 2-bag setup, and it includes all the
mounting hardware. I had the dealer install it, and they charged me $195
in labor, $0 in parts.

I was on their waiting list and took delivery of their first blue bike
to arrive. They weren't willing to negotiate on the price of the bike,
but they did give me 10% off all accessories. Not a big savings, but the
folks there are pretty decent and seem to run a pretty good shop; I
think they'll be good to deal with over the long haul. Quite unlike
Coleman PowerSport...
