	Your battery is flat.  It has enough energy to trigger the starter
relay but not enough to turn over the engine.

	Use a good automatic charger - Optimate are good, I'm sure there are
others.

	Well, they were originally designed to run with both lights on, but I
suppose it *might* be caused by duff wiring there - and it's something
that's been changed recently.
