Tim,

I am 13 stone and find the following settings to be a good compromise.

Front forks 9mm (Standard 10mm)
Rear preload 10 turns out (Standard 12 turns out)
Rear Rebound Damping  1.25 turns out (Standard 1.25 turns out)

This seems to work for me but, as we all know suspension is a very personal
thing.
