Just a few reminders.

1) When replying to a digest, please delete the rest of the digest. No one 
wants to read it twice

2) Also on the digest, change your subject to what you are talking about 
instead of leaving the generic "Re: St-Digest XXX"

3) When replying to an individual message, please remember to trim off the 
excess - this includes the ST list footer at the bottom. I happened to read 
the digest today and there were messages with 3 and 4 footers on the bottom 
as no one had bothered to remove them.
