Since my wait for parts has long since passed from my memory, I have been 
quite pleased with both my dealer (MCC in Illinois) and my bike.  Talked to 
two gentlemen last Sunday at the local gathering who had taken my route from 
Moto Guzzi and BMW into the land of  Triumphs.  We all Three agreed that we 
were happy to have made the change.
