When I got the call to come in for my warrantee work on the fuel sender I
was suprised to find a brand new tank waiting for me. RPM said mine was such
an early model that Triumph decided just to send a whole new tank. I've
watched them fix several others in the normal fashion and have not heard of
a single one coming back. Triumph may not be addressing it as a factory
problem because the work is being done incorrectly. I'll call my mechanic
today and get and idea of their procedures and post them. Then you can
compare it to your work.
