Getting Triumph Parts

Triumph, according to my dealer, is absolutely horrible about getting parts
shipped out. This may be due to the fact that the Peachtree, GA Warehouse
has only 4 employees to ship out parts for the entire country and Canada.
I know that when I bought my bike 3 weeks ago, I bought/ordered the 2
pannier system, the Seat Cowl, and the Performance Silencer. I got the 2
pannier system in 2 weeks, but still haven't received the Silencer and the
Seat Cowl. Since I live in Texas, 2 weeks is fine for delivery of the bags.
What I don't understand is why if they could deliver the pannier's in two
weeks they couldn't deliver the cowl and silencer also, It's not like they
were ordered at different times. And according to my dealer the Triumph
Warehouse is not out of stock on these items.
