Pillion Pegs/vibration

While I thoroughly enjoy the ride up front on our ST my wife gets a fair
amount of vibration from the passenger pegs. Has anyone else experienced
this and found a solution? Even wearing good riding boots doesn't prevent
her feet from getting a bit numb after a while.

The other question we have all been wanting to ask is is Weasel Dog's
company hiring? :-)
