If you were a real man, you'd fill your mouth with coins of the right
denomination and spit them out into the basket as you pass alongside at high
speed.

 I actually saw someone do it on a Harley one time in the States.
There again, in Norway, for example, bikes don't have to pay and just cruise
on through!
