Battery Reserve

Assuming a fully-charged battery in good condition, how long would you =
expect that you should be able to leave the ignition switch on (engine =
stopped) and still not risk starting problems?  Note that here in =
Canada, STs are wired with both headlights on simultaneously.

I know it would be easy to calculate based on the amp-hour rating of =
battery and known current drain of headlights plus other components that =
are on as well, but I would prefer a response from the real world based =
on experience.
