Re: Legend (semi-off-topic)

Jim,
I find the bike to be very easy to drive. It is a bit heavier then an ST (which
still baffles me a bit),
but with the low center of gravity, very maneuverable at low speeds. Power/Tourque
delivery is excellent, Peak Torque is at 4Krpm. 5 Speed gearbox is just fine, as
~70 mph is around 4200 and redline is 8. Handles well and I would describe the
brakes as "adequate". Very basic motorcycle. Fuel tap on left side, no yellow light
for fuel. Etc. Plenty of performance for it's class! Would recommend the summer or
roadster screen for wind on the freeway though. We have the summer screen and it
keeps most of the wind off ya. Having said all that, wait another six months and
check out bonnie? Although ya can't go wrong with the Legend either.
