Joe,

Is it stuck in that range all the time or are you seeing that it 
remains in that range during riding conditions?  If the latter, I 
believe that would be normal if you have the guage set for Celsius; 
my RS usually runs between 182 and 215 Farenheit under most 
riding conditions.
