hello all  My name is John   and I live in the Chicago metro area.  Currently 
own a 69 guzzi having just sold a 81 bmw r100rs.  I am thinking about buying 
either a used 2000 sprint st or a 1999.  I have a higher level of comfort 
with the owner of the 1999.  
what differences are there between the model years?  I have read many of the 
posts and are aware of the various recalls.  I just need a little guidance 
with my purchase.  I have ridden both years and love them both
