Harl,

I have the same pipe as well as the Triumph performance tune and had the
CO adjustment. I don't seem to have the flat spot you are experiencing.
It pulls linearly all the way up. As far as gas mileage, I don't keep
track that much. I consistently get 40mpg but even around town I keep my
wrist into it.

I just installed the Two Bros C4 round pipe on my '99. I love the sound,

experienced the same 3000 rpm flat spot mentioned earlier on the list.
Does 
resetting the idle CO fix the problem? If not, does the performance
tune?
How
does the performance tune affect gas mileage?
