Re:ST Gearshift

In response to Neil Halbert's question on fitting a single piece unit.  Yes it
can be done, the lever which fits the Daytona also fits the ST.  However it is
expensive at $149 (Australian) and doesn't come with the required 8mm clamping
bolt which needs to be a little longer than the one which comes out of the lever
which it replaced.  The final result is a nice crisp-feeling gear change.
