First, I would refrain from calling it a stress crack until it is
determined that it is actually a crack. It looks more like a paint defect
to me. I have just uploaded a file - if that is what everyone is referring
to, let me know and then let me try and get an official diagnosis of the
problem. At that point we can then determine a course of action.
