Re: Fuel Tank Pressure Release



The trip started in Denver (5280') and the
tank was filled in Evergreen (7200'). I live
in Evergreen and have made hundreds of trips
between big extremes in elevation and never seen/had
this happen. My assumption is that he's got a defective
tank cap or some other pressure release system problem
and I was thinking perhaps other ST owners could comment
if this was a "feature" of the bike (we all have those!), or
a bike specific issue.
