Oil Leak

I noticed a oil smell while riding, looked down and my rear tire was oiled.
After removing the lower faring, and starting I saw oil running out of lower
case bolt. I removed bolt, 8mm 100mm long. It had come loose. I cleaned it
up Loctited and retorqued to 28nm. Has any onelse had this problem?
