Rat Rally

	Rude Dog and Bird Dawg made it home to the kennels.
	I had a great time. 
	It was nice to meet Greg Casey our new Triumph "Manager of Consumer
Events/National RAT Manager" How's that for a title Greg! Greg seems to
be a good guy and very interested in making things better. Lot's of
questions and responses flowing both ways. Great roads, food, fun, and
riding. Ole Greg was interested in our TSRA and attending our Rallye
2000 if he doesn't have a conflict. I gave Greg the temporary name
"Yankee Dawg".
	Nice seeing our old buddies from last year's Rallye. Lisa, watch that
pannier bag latch, it might be loose! Seriously, everyone needs to check
their hard bag latches and place some LocTite on the backside nuts.
	I terrible with names so thanks to everyone I meet at the RAT Rally. A
nice bunch of folks. Nice side hack rig John.
	Good time at Luckenbach where the beer was cold and the armadillo's
raced on.
	Good time riding Friday when the temperature was only 105 at the
Kerrville bank. Luckily it didn't get hot or Yankee Dawg might have
uttered more than "I'm hot and irritable and I don't want to fool around
with another delay" when the police shut the only road out of town for a
shot time. Nice to be on hot bikes covered with gear and stopped in
traffic without a clue of what's going on.
	Ouch to that blue ST that took the rock completely through the front
fairing!
	Thanks to Bird Dawg for playing Daniel Boone. We got back in just in
time to see the Blue Angels perform in Fort Worth! Thanks for out three
new riding buddies who rode back with us; Steve, Bob, and Chris.
	Had a great time and looking forward to the Rally 200, Riding the
Ridge!
