Kevin,
Just met someone with a brand new blue ST, and his fuel pump howls like a
banshee, and not just for a few seconds either. The dealer told him it was
NOT normal, and would be fixed under warranty at the 500 mile service. Mine
just whines slightly for a couple of seconds, and then is silent)
