RE: Real scoop on COMP ACC

I have only ordered one thing from Comp Acc, and it was thru their on-line
store. I did recieve the item, a jacket, within a reasonable amount of
time( less than 2 weeks or so, can't remember exactly) only to find the
jacket sizes for Joe Rocket are smaller than Hein Gereike. I called them to
see what can be arranged, the person I spoke to was able to find they had
one left of the size I wanted. Including return shipping that day I had the
next jacket within 10 days, no re-stocking fee, just had to pay for shipping
of the new item. I found that fair, and the experience positive overall.

As for knowledge of product, what does this mean? Did you ask for an
opinion of what was better, how the sizes compared, or was your enquiry
about avalibility? The person you called wasn't a sales person, they were
an order taker, they may not be knowledgable about the specific products
because it isn't in their job description.
