Similar situation. Changed from 98 Trident Sprint to 00 ST. Should say I
have returned to biking and June 99 licence after younger years on
provisional. Premium for Trident Fully Comp was £320. Same insurer wanted an
extra £270 just for the 4 months of the existing policy! Changed and
eventually got it for £310 for a year.
