This sounds like a bunch off petty bullshit Rick without even a simple
answer as to WTF happened. Unacceptable, to say the least.
Have you talked to Orange County Triumph? I don't know if it would make any
difference, but Mick over there seems to be a good guy. A little abrasive,
but totally on the level. Also his man Eric in the shop is Joe Shit the Rag
Man.
The gent I bought my Triumph from over there is now working at TOA, his name
is Wayne Something. I am sure Mick knows his name. Ya know, sometimes it's
_who_  you know, not what you know. Maybe if you gave them both a jingle,
you may light a fire under someone's ass....
