RE: Antifreeze and quit worrying about waving

My Triumph dealer is also a BMW dealer and their recommendation was the BMW
coolant at a 50/50 mixture. I haven't looked at it for awhile, but I think
it was the BMW auto coolant.

And about this concern about waving. I'm also a Harley rider. Before I got
the Triumph I waved at everybody and most everybody waved back regardless of
brand or style, with the exception of the badass looking guys who will
apparently only wave back if you are an equally badass looking guy. When I
got the Sprint ST I was amazed at the great drop off in the percentage of
Harley riders who waved while I was riding the Triumph.

Do I care? No. Am I about to let it keep me awake at night wondering why
they don't wave and trying to figure it out? No. Why should this concern
anyone? Yes, it might be nice and polite to wave back and recognize the
unique bond that us two wheel freaks have. When was the last time you saw
two guys in Fords wave as they passed? If someone doesn't wave, they don't
wave, so what. Just enjoy the reason you got the bike, to ride, not to join
a club in which you expect everyone to give the secret wave. Ok, I feel
better now and I'll try not to let any continued discussion of waving annoy
me. If it does I'll just go enjoy a ride, after all, that's why I got the
bike.
