RE: G'day
There has been some EU decision that a bike with two close together
headlights looks like a car that is a long way away. So all Y2K European
ST's have use only one lamp for dip and the other for full beam.
I think its pretty easy to change though.

Well my 02/2000 ST (bought September) runs both headlights on both high and
low beam. Sounds like yours has had a couple of relays left out. Take it
back to the dealer and complain.

I agree with you about first being a bit tall. Haven't tried different
gearing yet though.
