Yup, a little velcro to the top of the brake fluid resevoir and you have a
handy dandy mount for things that aren't too heavy.  You might want to dab a
little glue to where the resevoir mounts to the bars as mine tends to slid
around a little but it's a good platform for radar detectors until you get
something more stable.
