Fogging oil

In preparation for winter storage, does anyone in the northern climes fog
their ST's cylinders?  I routinely do this for my '73 Bonneville.  It's easy
to get to the spark plugs!  It appears to be a project with the ST,
requiring removal of the gas tank, etc.  I'm wondering if it's worth it.
