get one of the little anti-fog cloths sold by Scott or Smith to the
ski goggle crowd.  just breathe on your shield to fog it, and then rub
with the cloth.  $1.75 each, and will last an entire season.  i tried
a Fog City Faceshield insert, but i found the extra halo-ing around lights
at night to be quite distracting.  other people think they're fine, though,
and it's certainly more permanent.
