get one of the little anti-fog cloths sold by Scott or Smith to the
ski goggle crowd. just breathe on your shield to fog it, and then rub
with the cloth. $1.75 each, and will last an entire season. i tried
a Fog City Faceshield insert, but i found the extra halo-ing around lights
at night to be quite distracting. other people think they're fine, though,
and it's certainly more permanent.
