New Bike Indecision

Michael - congratulations on your (pending) RS
	Justin - c'mon in , the water's fine
Wow , whole lotta parallels here...I just came off of a Suzuki DR650
dual sport
and must admit that the majority of my pre-Sprint carousing was in the
dirt. That is , until
June when I fractured my ankle. In the dirt. In North Carolina. Way far
away from med. help.
I had NO problems settling in with a Sprint.
Michael - be forewarned . It is NOT at all easy to abide by that 3500
rpm
restriction. You'll ride with one eye on the tach and the other on the
odometer, just
drooling w/ anticipation. "Only another 18 miles 'till I can try 5000"
etc...I do agree
that Respect is the word of the day , however.
Justin - you're right , it IS only money. What price , true love? I fell
in love at my mailbox
when my copy of CycleWorld accidentally opened to a picture of an ST . I
obsessed for
many months before buying , so needless to say , my expectations were
quite high.
Although I am certainly not the voice of experience here , I can say
with no
reservations, that my expectations have been exceeded !
Everyone-Thanks for all for the octane info-was wondering about that
whole "RON" thing.
Have been running high octane stuff due to my ignorance. Makes me feel
better though.
	Gotta Go !!

	Adam 99 ST
