Shannon is right about editing  responses. Also turn off the HTML and/or
rich text, if you haven't already. You can do this in the Microsoft Outlook
Express' address book in the contact "Properties" under the Name tab. Select
"Send E-mail using plain text only". (for individual addresses)  Otherwise,
use "Tools|Options|Send and select plain text for mail sending format (for
all outgoing e-mail). This works for Microsoft Outlook Express. Other e-mail
programs have similar settings available.
