Well maybe you'll fork out that kind of money for an oil change but I won't.  
I've work for a large refinery for 25 years and believe me its mostly hype.  
Not that there isn't any difference, there is.  Especially between m/c 
formulated oil and off the shelf car oil.  Any *quality* brand of m/c 
formulated oil will work just fine, especially if you change it every 3,000 
miles.  And my secret choice is Shell Rotella.  And this choice has recently 
been backed up with positive data from the recent 3 part oil series in 
Motorcycle Consumer News article.  Just use the dang Motul and you'll be fine.
