Re: True Speed Readings

Mike, I had the very same question when I joined the list, and someone very
kindly sent me an excel spreadsheet (which I have upgraded slightly) with
gear, rpm = speed and lots of other
useful info such as what would happen if you changed sprocket sizes etc, if
you would like me to send you the attachment please let me know. There are
two spreadsheets, one each for the 99 and 00

I apologise to whoever it was that gave me the spreadsheet originally, as I
have lost the original e-mail but if they would let me know I would be happy
to give due credit.

Subject: True Speed Readings

While traveling 135 mph down I-680 the other day I was wandering what speed
I was REALLY travelling, knowing that the speedometer is off. Do any of you
who use alternative speedo's (Sigma) know exactly how far off the ST's
speedo is at any given speed?
