I'm not sure how they could do that after the transfer has been made and 
taxes paid. The only way around that I could think of, is if Virgin does 
not release title of the bike but that would involve a whole bunch of other 
issues..... I think the wording here is more to prevent somebody winning 
and then requesting that it be sent to someone else.....

I'm not going to worry about it until someone in my family wins...... ;-)
