Why the 'or'? I do both! I commute 30 miles each way, but I need only the
feeblest excuse to find a long way home. Last night was the first for a few
days when it wasn't raining, so I ran down almost to the coast before
turning for home. It is getting a bit nippy after dark now though - time to
zip-in the liner methinks.

I think it's about the best long-distance bike I've had that also loves the
country lanes, or that can do 140 as easily as 20, i.e. it's pretty close to
perfect, for me anyway.
