[ST] Leaking Radiator

Gave the ST the once over this morning ready for another weeks commuting and
noticed a wet patch just below the top right hand bracket on the rad.
Checked the water level in the expansion tank and it was well below the
lower level.

Add me to the 1999 leaking radiator lists :-(

Still, this is covered under the warranty so no problem on the financial
front.
