I got the heated grips and all 3 hard bags after buying the bike, but it 
would have been simpler to get them put on to begin with-especially important 
to get all 3 hard bags at the same time, so one key (which has to be 
different from the ignition key) will fit all 3 bags. Dave Collins, San Diego 
PS Bags and warm grips very helpful going to Florida-our coldest weather was 
in Texas, in the early AM's. DC
