Patti, I am 5'7" and the ST was as tall as I could handle.  I stand on the
balls of my feet - not able to flat-foot the ground - but I'm used to it.  I
was concerned about a possible change with the Corbin seat but it made only
a very minuscule difference.  The stock seat is torture and the Corbin is
comfy.  I did NOT have the Corbin modified and ride 600-1000 mile days with
no problems.  Good luck with your decision.
