I agree.  I posted how to do this with pictures to the upload site some time 
back.  Rather than repeat the work, e-mail me off list if you want pics.  
Essentially you cut the tab off, drill small hole through tab and switchgear 
and insert small wood (self-tapping) screw thru VC and into switchgear 
housing.  It works and looks fine but some are hesitant to screw into their 
switchgear.  Their loss and your choice.
