[ST] Exercise & Long Trips

My suggestion:  Stop every 125 miles and don't try to complete more than 500 
miles a day.  It ain't worth it.  Slow down the pace and enjoy, not only the 
ride, but the day as well.  Hot tubs and swimming are great way to follow up 
a days ride.
