Ok, I can tell this debate could get really good (or bad) quickly.  Yeah, 
Paul, to each his own.  I think it depenads on the circumstances and/or 
conditions.  Who sez it's rushing, too do 500+ days if you are, A) spending 
a couple hundred miles on the slab ( with detector sniffing)to get to the 
good stuff...  and the B) On some of your favorite backraod twisties running 
at speeds that should not be discussed ;^)  Makes sense to me that if you 
enjoy this kind of insanity (I do) the 500-600, hell even 700+ miles is not 
all that much for a good 10-12 hour day.  Do the math,  700 / 12 = 58.333 
mph.  I do it all the time, for stress relief.  Come on, join me.  :^))}}
