Wow, this sounds just like a friend of mine who had the same exact
issue. I can't believe that the dealers or Triumph expect customers who
have already paid 10 or 12 k to sit around with NO bike! I am really
surprised, where did customer service go ? Please don't answer that , I
think I know. Jerry
