rode for 9 hours to find somewhere dry...and gave up.
     You mean you couldn't find a pub?
     
pot holes, over banding, gravel at apexes, floods, tractors on my side of 
the road etc..
     And that was just the Motorways......

     BTW: It's still Pi$$ing rain over here :-(
