[ST] And More Fork Questions

rich, erik, et al: thanks for all this suspension setup info!

unfortunately for me at this time, you all sound alot like
charlie brown's teacher in the animated peanuts specials,
"braw braw braw, braw bra bra braw..." ;)

i.e. i'd like to understand all this a bit more; compression,
rebound, damping, etc. can any of you recommend some reading
material that sheds light on suspension workings?

re: replacement fork springs: are you guys talking about
aftermarket (progressive, race-tech?) or triumph parts?

at 220 pounds, i'm thinking changing out the .75kg springs
for 1kg's and new 15wt fork oil at the correct level might
be a good place to start on my rs (orange, which makes all
the difference ;)

	thanks in advance - al.
