[ST] hard hot starting

I have been plagued with hard hot starting for over a year.  I have pretty 
much dealt with it by waiting till the bike would start, as it was 
infrequent.  Things came to a head when it did it as a matter of course.  A 
new battery has seemed to put things right.  john c
