[ST] rough running update continued

Another possible solution bites the dust. Yesterday my mechanic said first
thing in the morning he was going to swap out the fuel rail (injectors) from a
new bike into mine. I went there this morning to either a: pick up the bike,
or b: pick up copies of the work orders I will need in dealing with Triumph.
He did the switch while I was there, took the bike out and came back with a big
frown. I took it for a spin as well just to confirm, there is a nice, smooth,
newly paved road about a mile from the shop and it really shows up under those
conditions. It is perfectly smooth under acceleration & idle but when you hit
5000 rpm and hold steady, especially in 1st or 2nd gear, it bucks & surges like
crazy. With all the work he has done on it you would think it would feel a
little different or hit at a different rpm or something but it feels exactly
the same. Not one bit of difference.

Monday will be week seven of this nonsense so I will be composing letters
tomorrow for my 2nd attempt at contacting Triumph.

Hopefully the lawyers will be able to tell me just how long something like this
can legally go on before I get some compensation.
