The steel cylinder liners (Daytonas use composite liners) mean that when you rack up 100,000-200,000 miles, a slight overbore should set you up for the next 100,000 miles.

As a former Bemmer piliot myself, I feel safe in expect the Triumph to last
just as long as a good BMW.
