Benelli has the Tornado Tre that they're developing and racing this
year, but it's a 900cc engine to comply with the current specs. That's
currently the only triple. (Kenny Roberts's Proton is a three cylinder
two-stroke bike racing in GP.)

The displacement increases are a response to GP's decision to allow
four-stroke bikes next year. The four cylinder bikes in WSB will grow to
825cc (from 750cc), while the 1000cc twins will not change for now.
(There's a lot of rumbling about this, and the rules aren't final so it
could still change.)
