Get a copy of the latest issue of Motorcycle Consumer News.  They have
an extensive review of chain lubes, rated on various things including
fling-off.  PJ1 Black was their #1 choice, and I *think* the fling-off
numbers were excellent on it.  PJ1 Blue fared slightly less well, but
had significantly higher fling-off.

You may actually be using too much lube.
